' . J I' , UK;r IkateY' . .~ DESCRIPTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS Older Building Currently in use as a plumbing and electrical supply store. ~'i . Age: Conitructed in 1964 - 16 years. Foundation: Concrete footings. Floor: Poured concrete slab with carpet cover in a small sales area only. Walls: 10' high painted concrete block. The remodeling of this structure included a 4' high wood facade which conforms to the newly constructed building. Roof: Wood frame, flat, built-up suspended by glu-Iam beams. Doors: One double swing glass entry door, various wood pedestrian doors, one 7' x 8' metal overhead door. Windows: Storefront fenestration at building front (north side) . Heat: Suspended gas space heaters. Plumbing: 1 toilet, 1 lavatory, hot water heater. Interior Finish: Wood frame constructed partitions, acoustical tile ceiling in office areas only, panelled wall cover at wood frame construction only. Electrical: Ceiling hung fluorescent system. Total Building Area: 5200 sq. 'ft. Other: In the remodeling process, the entire west side of the building received a 4' canopy and the north 38' of that west side has an 8' canopy covering the main entrance to the structure. n"p,"" ll,Condition:,..
