Dear Mr. KiTf:
I'm writing as a follow up to my recent conversation with you concerning the
mobile home located at your business at 3773 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon.
Your business is in a commercial district. Mobile homes are not permitted to
be used as residences in this district. (Please refer to the attached Section
22.07 of the Springfield Comprehensive Zoning Code),
Therefore, by 30 days from the date of this letter, occupancy of the mobile
home must be discontinued (August 25, 1978).
