He verified the zoning with the City Planning Department, 'and the property is zoned CC, which is the correct zoning for the business. Since the business is not a non-conforming use of land, the only issue left to resolve is the structure itself. The business may be re-opened and operated as it previously was with no involvement by this Division. If, however, any remodel work is anticipated, additional permits and inspections of new work will be required. Please have your client contact us at 726-3753 if any remodel work is anticipated.
