Vella 3667 Main Street #20 Springfield, Oregon 97477 At your request, a courtesy inspection was made at 3667 Main Street #20, Spring- field, Oregon. Courtesy inspections are not Housing Code inspections per se, but are conducted in order to determine the condition of specific items suspected to be in violation of the Springfield Housing Code. The following items do not meet Housing Code standards: 1) Section 1001 (h) - Faulty Weather Protection: The bathroom ceiling appears to be leaking around the vent fixture. 2) Section 801 - The steps near apartments 11 and 15 are settling and pulling away from the building. The sidewalks near apartments 15, 31, and 37 are also settling causing as much as a 6" to 12" difference in elevation in places. If a complete housing inspection is desired, an application form signed by the property owner must be filed with the Building Division of the Department of Public Works. An inspection fee of $20.00 must accompany the application. Please direct all inquiries to the Building Division at 726-3753. r;~7~ Sally JOhnsl J Environmental Inspector cc: David Henmelgarn Lane County Legal Aid 1390 Willamette'Street Eugene, Oregon 97401 SJ/ls 1001.la ......-..
