Prior to approval of the Final Plat, the developer shall install street trees and a 5-foot wide sidewalk along the public street frontage of the site in accordance with SDC 32,020 and the City's EDSPM. The street trees will be bondedfor prior to Final Plat approval. 2, Prior to approval of the Final Plat, the developer shall submit supplemental stormwater design information and supporting documentation prepared by the Engineer of record, The supplementary information shall demonstrate compliance with stormwater capacity requirements and show a specific design for the new subdivision area.
