Nice to hear from you again, I cannot believe I have been in and around the Springfield area fro 16 years now, I guess I
am getting old,
I am looking forward to being involved with'Suntrust and the Heights to make sure there is a smooth transition and that
the plans that have been set are completed to everyone's expectations,
Attached is my current contact information as well as for my assistant Kimberly Guthrie, Additionally, Hayden Homes is
picking up some of the responsibilities for the North cluster development and homebuilding activity there, We can

Ken,
Thanks for your inquiry, For all intensive purposes, I am no longer actively involved with SunTrust. H though I have some
long-term profit participation and/or outstanding liabilities. In today's climate, I expect that it is the later Hayden Watson
has been my partner on this project from the get go: He will be your contact and is being cc'd on this email.
I'm sure Hayden will continue to develop the Heights as we have envisioned and he'll do a great job of it. As I've
discussed with Staff over the last couple of years, the project will need assistance in working through annexations and
approvals, I expect that some of the approvals will vary from the master plan. In particular, the south cluster should be
expanded in acreage to in order to increase the overall density of the project.
With the change in market, it is more evident than ever that we can only sell so many of ihese large 10,000 plus SF lots in
Springfield and that we need to find ways of bringing on more reasonably priced product for the consumer. Any help you
can provide to SunTrust over the upcoming years would be greatly appreciated, It is in everyone's interest to see the
project flourish'Hllook forward to driving through The Heights down the road and seeing all of our hard work come to
fruition and having a really nice community thriving in the City of Springfield.
