i have reviewed the materials provided with the subject application. The application and
plans have been reviewed for DRC conditions with status outlined below: .
I. Prior to approval of the Final Plat, the applicant shall submit additional supplemental
storm water design information and supporting documentation prepared by the
engineer of record demonstrating compliance with storm water capacity requirements

4. Provide clarification regarding the purpose for the proposed "5' Private Access
Easements" for benefiting lots 17& 46.
5. The proposed "Blanket Public Access and Trail Easement" over Tract "A" may not be
allowed and is under review by the City Surveyor.
