Andy,
It sounds like Tony Favreau and Jon in Transportation had come up with a solution for the turnaround... an easement on
the plat in which we create a turnaround area where a driveway would normally go. My original plan was not to have any
driveways on this street anyways. So having one of the end lots in which we create a turnaround easement may not be
too much of a cost and would be a good solution to Transportation's issue.
I'm considering coming over there today and maybe I will be able to resolve with Transportation... eliminating our meeting
tomorrow. I'll make a few phone calls into transportation and see if they have any time to discuss today and let you know.

Forget my last emaiL Favreau thought that Jon was in agreement but I just got off the phone with Jon and I guess that he
is now saying that it will not work. My understanding is that I get billed for these meetings and it is taken out of our
deposit. Given the circumstance, I don't' feel it would be fair that I get billed for this meeting. Either way, let's try and limit
the number of people and hopefully have decision makers there. Hopefully Brian Barnett, Ken V. and/or Len Goodwin
can make it. I'll see you tomorrow at 8:30 AM. .
