I
I'm writing-as a follow up to my recent conversation with you concerning the
mobile home located at YOLrbusiness at 3500 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon.
Your business is in a commercial district. Mobile homes are not permitted to
be used as residences in this district. (Please refer to the attached Section
22.07 of the Springfield Comprehensive Zoning Code.)
Therefore, by 30 days from the da te of th i s letter, occupancy of the mobile home
must be discontinued (July 27, 1978).
Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at 726-3753.
