Subject: Sewer User Fee Adjustment, Account No. 251-03990-21
Dear Lee,
Based on a field inspection and review of the consumptive uses of
water at 3455 Main Street (Dan's Automotive), it has been determined
that Account No. 251-03990-21 is due a credit of $44.09 for the
February through May 1983 billing period.
Kindly remove this account from the sewer user rolls and, enter 'a
credit for the amount indicated. A charge for sewer service will
be reinitiated upon connection to the public sanitary sewer system.
Please call this office if you have any questions regarding this
request.
