726.3769 (recorder), state your City designated Job number, job address, type of Inspection requested and when you will be ready
for Inspection, Requests received before 7:00 a,m. will be made the same working day, requests made after 7:00 a.m. will be made
the following work day.

Fall 2000
Phase I
I) We wish to tie into the existing 4 inch sewer line servicing the front of the building using 6
inch line and running it to the rear of the building (as per illustration) we would install an
oil water separator catch basin. Upon installation and inspection we propose to seal the catch
basin off until Phase 2 which will take place during the Sununer of 200 I. When we cut out
the Asphalt to install a concrete wash pad and build a cover off the building at which time
we will apply for the necessary pennits.
2) We would like to extend a storm drain pipe off our existing catch basin (see illustration)
south 158 feet to the existing graveled area, set the catch basin,and upon inspection seal the
basin until Phase 3 which will take plaee during the summer of 200 I. When that 7500
Square foot lot is paved as per our bond agreement with the city bond # 512267s.
3) Upon completion and inspection of proposed phase I we will then over lay and stripe our
existing paved area this fall 2000.

Phase 2
I) This phase will consist of grading and paving the back gravel area to city requirements and
put the rear storm catch basin into use.
Summer 200 I
Phase 3
I) Phase 3 will consist of cutting out the asphalt and installing a concrete slab for the storm
sewer drain and building a cover awning off the side of the building as per code.
