This letter is to convey the results of the Department's latest noise
compliance survey near your store after the completion of your noise
mitigation program.
I visited the site on January 19, 1989 and made noise level measurements
east of the refrigeration unit. Measured noise levels are shown in the
following table:
Measured Current Noise Standards

Ll - Ll - 75 dBA' Ll - 60 dBA
LlO - LlO - 60 dBA LlO - 55 dBA
L50 - 50 dBA L50 - 55 dBA L50 = 50 dBA
The above measurements show the facility's noise emissions to be in
compliance with DEQ noise standards.
