SUBJECT: 3415 Main Street

The Building Division of the City of Springfield acknoledges receipt of
your letter dated August 22, 1977, in which you requested an extention
on the time limit to discontinue the use of the structure located at
3415 Main Street, Springfield as a woodworking establishment.
On August 2, 1977 you were notified to discontinue use of this building
within 30 days, or by September 2, 1977. Considering your efforts and
reasons stated in your letter of August 22, 1977, your request for forty
five (45) days extention is granted on the following conditions.
1. That all accumulative saw dust, shavings etc. be kept cleaned up
and removed from the building daily.
2. That approved fire extinguisher be kept in strategic locations.
3. That all flammable materials be kept out of the building.
