We are still trackin9 a deposit for Planning for the DRe requirements for Leon Search at his auto body
complex at 3415 Main Street. The amount remaining in the deposit account is $1,000,00, We have been
holdin9 this money since February 1995
Do you know when his project will be completed and the deposit can be returned to him?

Please continue to hold the deposit. The monkey wrench has heen the construction of South 34th Street,
Additional landscaping was required along South 34th Street during Site Plan Review which has not been
installed to date, Search has moved to Idaho and I need to write him a letter concerning this issue, When
this letter will be written is uncertain at this time,
