As requested, a representative of PSI was on-site to observe soils on lot 305. Gray fat clay was observed from 6 inches
depth down to at least 2 feet depth, PSI recommends excavating 2 feet of clay and replacing it with compacted non-
expansive fili. To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected above was in accordance, with the building departmenl

approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Codes.
