The contractor was placing fiB in lots 2 to 8, Lots 2 to 4 are approximately -2'. to -3' below grade. In the area of iot 5 buttress fills wiil be started. A proof roll was conducted on lots 2 through 8 using a fuily loaded tandem axle dump truck. Little to no defiection was observed indicating a reiatively stable grade at this time. Kipco moisture- conditioned fiBs with an onsite water truck and compacted the embankmentwith a sheapsfoot roller, PM: FiB placement continued in lots 2 through 8. Excavation for the entry road is complete to the second off shoot street. Streets are un- named at this time. At the 2nd off shoot street grade is approximately -12' from finai grades, Material excavated visually appears to be sandstone/siltstone residuum overlying weakly cemented 'sandstone/siltstone, To the best of our knowiedge, the work inspected was in accordance with the building department approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Codes. Fill placement continued in lots 2 - 8, Lot 2 is approximately at grade. A proof roll of lots 2 - 8 was performed with awater truck weighing about 50,000 Ibs. Little to no deflection was observed indicating a relativeiy stable grade at this time. To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with the building department approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Codes. AI fully loaded tandem axle water truck was used for the proof roil of lots 2 through 8. Grades range from about final in iot 2 to -7' from final grade in lot 8. Little to no deflection was observed in the grade indicated relative stability at this time. Fills were moisture-conditioned to around optimum moisture. compactive effort was provided by a sheepsfoot roller.
