,Subject: Development Review Meeting for Property Located at 3400 Main
Street
Dear Owner/Occupant
This letter is to notify you of a meeting that will be held to review a
site plan submitted by Mr. Knecht for an additional warehouse, truck
loading dock and parking at 3400 Main Street.

You are receiving formal notice of this meeting because you are listed as
an adjacent property owner/tenant.
Site Plan Review is required for any Commercial expansion over 500 square
feet and adjacent property owners are invited to attend the meeting and
review the development proposal. The proposal by Mr. Knecht is a
permitted use and this meeting is not to determine if the proposal should
or should not be allowed, but rather, how the proposal will take place.
The Development Review Committee will hold a public meeting to review the
Site Plan on Thursday, July 3, 1986 at 9:00 a.m. in the Office of
Community and Economic Development, 225 North 5th Street, Springfield.
Enclosed is a copy of the proposed site plan for your review. The site
plan submitted is not necessarily what will be approved.
If you would like to attend the meeting, please feel free to do so, and
you will be given an opportunity to speak about the proposal if you choose
to do so.
