Following our conversation yesterday, I request the following:
1.) That you issue the permit for KAPCO indicating
that you require fasteners at conventional spac-
ing for the gypsum board sheathing at the retro-
fit I-hr. wall.'
(Whether attached and tilted into place or siding
removed is our decision.)

You forward us the documentation, schedules and
forms to file an appeal of this decision.
