Subject: Development Agreement Submittal forL3~OO__~ain ~tree!_ ~
Dear Mr. Knecht:
On August 19, 1986 a letter and Development Agreement (copy enclosed) were sent
to your office. You were requested to sign the Development Agreement and have
the site plan revised to reflect requirements of the Springfield Development
Code.
The Development Agreement is required prior to the issuance of any building
permits, however, upon the request of the 8uilding Official 1 approved the
issuance of building permits based on good faith that you would submit the
information. I have not received the revised site plan or the Development
Agreement as of today and must ask that they be submitted. The 8uilding Safety
Division will be unable to grant Final Occupancy of your addition until I have
received the information.
I appreciate your anticipated cooperation in this matter and hope to hear from
you soon.
