Subject:
I have been askeal by the City 8uilaing Inspector Don Moore, to review the
status of your site plan approval. Mr. Moore must verify that all site plan
review conaitions are met prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
In reviewing the site plan file I fina the following items neea to be completea
before Mr. Moore can grant the'Certificate of Occupancy.
1. Installation of striping, wheel stops, a 5 foot lanascape planting strip
ana street trees for pavea area west of the e~isting builaing ana aajacent
to Main Street.
2. Main Street frontage east of the new access shall have 'a 5 foot wiae
siaewalk; the ariveway apron ana remaining siaewalk shall be 7 feet.
3. The parking stalls locatea airectly in front of the e~isting retail
builaing shall be separatea from the siaewalk with curbing locatea 2 1/2
feet behina the siaewalk.
4. New parking spaces along the northeast pavement eage shall be equipped with
wheel stops. All other pavement eages shall be separatea from unpavea
areas by a fence or e~truaea curb.
5. Aaequate screening neeas to be instal lea for the south ana east setback of
the new builaing to be submittea. Arborvitae coula work to accommoaate the
screening necessary, contact Bruce Newhouse for lanascaping stanaaras.
6. A 10 foot joint siaewalk, public utility easement along Main street
frontage shall be preparea ana signea.
Because of the busy holiaay season we are in now, if you woula like to contact
this office ana work out a scheaule for the installation of these improvements
we'woula be happy to work with you.

When these improvements have been installed and approved I will inform Mr.
Moore so he can issue a Certificate of Occupancy for the new builaing.
Please contact this office to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
