aware, on March 19, 1986 the Springfield Planning Commission
request of a Special Use Permit for the purpose of operating
machine shop at the subject location.
Along with approval, the Planning Commission imposed the following
conditions to the Special Use Permit which must occur prior to any use of
the property.
1. An Occupancy Inspection to determine Building and Fire Life Safety
Code requirements and additional requirements to ensure that noise
from this use will not create a nuisance for abutting residential
uses must be performed.
I have enclosed an application for this inspection.
2. Approval of a site plan that addresses' all applicable development
standards of Article 18 of the Zoning Code and Resolution 81-113.

3. All improvements shall be installed within six months of the date of
site plan approval.
4. No outside storage of materials or parts.
