SUBJECT: PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE FOR MR. AND MRS. FLEGEL
As you may recall, we reviewed a Special Use Permit at 3320 Main Street
for the Flegel's to operate an auto repair business. The Flegel's are
ready to submit a site plan, however, have requested a pre-application
conference as they are having problems fitting all code standards on their
site and request additional information. Please do me a favor and help me
out with this applicant.
Note 1: I have obviously omitted other members of the DRC, but they are
not effected by this plan until we can get a formal submittal.
Note 2: Please visit the site before we meet, it will make some of thei r
questions easier to answer.
