RE: Temporary Occupancy at 3305 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon
Dear Mr. Fraught:
I'm writing with regard to ,the remaining obligation that has not been satisfied
relative to receiving a Certificate of Occupancy at the above referenced address.
As of August 21, 1981, the completion of the electrical service sub-panel has
not been accomplished. Relative to this item and the amount of time that has
elapsed since granting the initial "Temporary Occupancy" it has become impera-
tive that a definite time limitation for completion be established or revoca-
tion of the Temporary Occupancy will become necessary.
The completion of the service sub-panel shall be accomplished by a date not to
exceed ten (10) working days from the date of this letter (September 7, 1981)
and. the applicable inspections conducted.
