Dear Sir
In order to prevent traffic vision hazards and provide for the
unobstructed passage of pedestrians, the fOllowing items must
be removed from the public right-of-way adjacent to the above-
referenced location.
Numerous portable signs placed in the Main Street
right-of-way.
In the event that you do not take corrective action now to
remove the obstruction or if you do not maintain the public
right-of-way in a condition free from such obstructions in the
future, appropriate legal proceedings consistent with the
Springfield Code and/or ordinances will be initiated in order
to compel your compliance.

courtesy and cooperation. Please contact the Springfield

regarding this letter.
