SUBJECT: Signature ot documents required by Development Agreement
Dear Oale,
I have enclosed a copy of your Development.Agreement and the three forms
which require yours and your partner's. signature. These include an
Improvement Agreement for South 34th Street frontage, a public utility
easement across the front 10 feet of your Main Street frontage, and a
private access easement allowing you to use your neighoor's Main Street
driveway. This latter document must De signed Oy your neighoor, you and
your partner. Please refer to the first page of your Development
Agreement to verify the requi rement of these documents.
