Rather than issuing a citation or taking immediate legal action, it is the City's standard practice to inform citizens of the violation and request that it be corrected within a reasonable time. The attached form specifies the violation, the corrections necessary in order to comply with the applicable Code/Ordinance, and the date by which your corrective action must be completed. In the event that you have not taken corrective action by the assigned time, deadline, the matter will be referred to the City Attorney's Office for further acti on. DATE: May 16, 1989 LOCATION: 3305 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon SPECIFIC VIOLATION: REQUIRED CORRECTION: INFORMAL CONFERENCE: "' Article 31 SITE PLAN REVIEW. Failure to comply with conditions of Site Plan Review and the signed Development Agreement. 1, The failure to remove the existing driveway located on Main Street near the intersection of South 34th Street and replace the driveway with standard height curb and gutter. 2. The failure to install the required 5 foot landscape strip along Main Street and South 34th Street. 3. The failure to stripe parking stalls and provide wheel stops. 4. The failure to screen the rear portion of the lot with a 6' slatted cyclone fence. 5. The failure to relocate the driveway to the west of the property on Main Street or to pursue and Obtain/submit a joint access and maintenance agreement to share the existing driveway on the lot to the west to provide access. If the joint use access agreement were to be used the driveway must be paved. 6. The failure to submit an Improvement Agreement for South 34th Street. 7. The failure to submit a Final Site Plan including a landscaping plan. Submittal of the Final Site Plan and landscape plan and the _installation of all required improvements.
