Dear Mr. Russell:
I am writing regarding an application which was made a." December 21, 2001 for the proposed remodel ofa
lease space located at 3305 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon.
On December 21 '\ I met with YOll along with your tenant Mr. Langley, Deputy rire Marshal Al Gerard, and
Building Inspector Bob Barnhart. At that time~ you stated that you would send us a letter stating the
adjoining business is used for retail only, no storage ofhazarctous materials and no repair of any machinery.
I have not received the letter yet and we cannot complete your plan review without that information. I have
tried to phone you, but have not been able to reach you.
Once I have received the letter, we will be able to continue to process your application. At this time, your
plans are on hold pending our receiving of the agreed upon letter.
