Re: Agreement from meeting on December 21, 2001.
Dear Lisa:
Please accept this letter as an agreement of the conditions reached during our
meeting on December 21 of last year. This location is directly adjacent of
the space leased to Mr. Bill Langley. 1 intend to use this space tor sale and
liquidation of the parts, accessories, equipment and other objects related to
my marine repair business. I intend to keep this location open for retail
customer access.
