You need to contact the Building Inspector to discuss the status of your occupancy of the building. It appears there are building related items which have not been completed,. If the required items are not complete by the designated time lines a citation will be issued. Ye feel this measure is necessary based on your past failure to comply with conditions that are today more than 2 1/2 years overdue. At such time as all required documents are signed, improvements are installed and building related items are completed the City will sign your required DMV license.
