Subject: Property located at 3305 Main Street, Site Plan Review
Dear Mr, Phillips:
Enclosed is a copy of the Final Site Plan for your property located at
3305 Main Street, In order to complete the Site Plan Review process the
enclosed Development A9reement needs to be signed (and notarized) and
returned to the Development Services Department.
The following improvements to your property must be completed before the
Development Code Administrator can authorize the Building Division to
sign-off on the Site Plan Review element of your building permit,
1, Installation of a 2 foot wide landscape strip the entire frontage
of Main Street (with the exception of one curb cut). The landscape
strip is required to have a minimum of 5 gallon shrubs located
every 10 feet on center,
2. Installation of a 3' high wrought iron fence behind the landscape
strip.
Improvements along the South 34th Street frontage need to be installed
at the time of street improvements.
Please return the signed Development Agreement to the Development Services
Department no later than February 5, 1990. The City will inspect the
proeprty on February 12, 1990 to insure compliance with the required im-
provements,
