These standards apply for all property located in CC or MRC Districts except those located in the Downtown Sign District, 1-5 Mall Sign District and the 1-5 Commercial Sign District: (I) Single Bnsinesses. Each bnsiness shall be permitted a maximum number of three wall signs totaling 350 square feet for all faces. (2) Free Standing, Roof and Projecting Signs.
