C. Stobbeds and Cecile Stebbeds, husband and wife , the legal owners of the property, do hereby agree to the placement of, and grant}t..to said city a lien upon our property benefited and described as follows: ' Amount of Lien: $802.57 ' 0.. ... .. Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lucinda Comegy Donation Land Claim No. 81, Township 17 South, Range 2 West, Wlllamette Meridian, thence South O. 30i' West 1667.7 feet to an Iron plpa on the North right-of-way line of the McKenzie Highway, thence North 89. 44' West 492.40 feet along the North right-of-way line of the Hc- Kenzle Highway to an Iron pin merWng the true point of beginning, thenc? North 89. 44' West 129.4 feet along the North right-of-way line of the HcKenzle H ghway to an Iron pipe, thence North O. 32i' East 236.05 faet to an Iron pin, thenco'South 89. 44' East 129.27 feet to en Iron pin, thence South O. 30i' West 236.05 feet to the true point of beginning, all In Lane County, Oregon. ~3210 Haln Street~ 3214 Haln Street Said real property described shall be held as security for the re-payment of the above sum in ten equal semi-annual installments, plus accrued interest at the rate of 6% from the date hereof on the balance of the unpaid assessment. The initial payment of principal and interest will be made by the property owner six months from the date of this agreement. It is further provided that this lien may be foreclosed as other city liens in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinances and Charter of the City of Springfield in the event that installment payments including interest, are not paid within six months of their due date. This lien has been computed as being one-half (1/2) of the equivalent cost of an eight (8) inch lateral sanitary sewer at the rate of $3.40 per abutting front foot for 236.05 feet to include the cost of a connector T into a trunk sewer line and does not include the cost of a house connection to said trunk sewer, sewer user charges, plumbing permits or other such costs to be assumed by the property owner. This lien and agreement to pay the same shall be binding upon the undersigned who are the owners of the real property herein described and shall bind their heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and successors in interest, and until paid shall be construed to be a covenant running with the land.
