The property listea on the attachea form is in violation of a Springfiela City
Coae ana/or Orainance. Rather than issuing a citation or taking immeaiate legal
action, it is the City's stanaara practice to inform citizens of the violation
ana request that it'be correctea within a reasonable time.
The attachea form specifies the violation, the corrections necessary in oraer to
comply with the applicable Coae/Orainance, ana the aate by which your corrective
action must be completea.
In the event that you have not taken corrective action by the assignea time
aeaaline, the matter will be referrea to the City Attorney's Office ,for further
action.

LOCATION: 3205 Main Street
SPECIFIC VIOLATION:
Section 5-1-1 (3) (a) of the Springfield City COde
(copy attached). Used tires and wheels are located
in public view.
REQUIRED CORRECTION:
In an effort to eliminate conditions which may
adversely affect community economic stability and to
promote pleasant neighborhoods, usea materials must
ei ther be removea or screened from view by "a
structure or enclosure of a permanent nature affixed
to the ground" (builaing or solid fence). A permit
must be obtained prior to construction of a fence.
INFORMAL CONFERENCE:
If you wish to meet with the Coae Enforcement Officer
to further discuss ,the violation, you may attena an
informal conference on February 23, 1989 at 9:00 a.m.
at the Planning and Builaing Department, 225 N. 5th
Street, Springfiela (726~3759). If this time is not
convenient ana you wish to scheaule another time, you
must ao so prior to 4:30 p.m. of the day before the
scheduled conference.
DEADLINE FOR COMPLIANCE:
Thirty (30) aays from the aate of this letter or
March 18, 1989.
