Daar Mr. Marx:
Upon the plumbtng inspeotor visiting the above premi......, my c,llent:.
Jim Eastburn, was advised that his contractor had not obtained t~"
necessary inspections while the storm sewer was beinq install elL
Hr. Eastburn's contractor advised him that this had been dona and
another person has corroborated that fact. please invel1t:l.gate this
further.
If Mr. Eastburn will be required to remove substantial portions of
the pavement 1n order to allow these inspections, he would like. to
have an inspection concerning the paving that exists on the sita.
If there is some problem with that paving, my client would like to
he aware of the problem before he goes to the expense of replacing
the paving after the storm sewer inspection.
Unless there is some difficulty in having the paving inspection at
this time, we would ask that the City proceed with that inspection
prior to Hr. Eastburn proceeding with the work pertain:l.ng to the
storm Sewer.
Please advise llIe if there is any difficulty in this regard. Alao,
please advise of any other obstacles preventing the issuance of an
occupancy permit.
truly yours,
