Dear Mr. Frey,
This letter is a follow up of my visit to your business approximately
30 days ago. At that time, you advised me that a fence would be completed
by this date.
As you know, the Conditional Use Permit -- in order to operate your business
in the City n requires installation of a "...slatted cyclone fence..."
(see attached copy of the Springfield Planning Commission Minutes of October
5, 1977 regarding your Conditional Use Permit.) The fence is also required
to be 7 feet high as specified in Section 23.02 of the Springfield Comprehen-
sive Zoning Code. (see copy attached.)
Therefore, this is your notice that by 30 days from the'date of this letter
{May 21, 1978), installation of the fence must be completed. (If, within the
specified time, the fence is not completed, the Building Division may refer the
matter back to the Planning Commission for consideration of Conditional Use
Permit termination.
