SUBJECT: C.U.P. For F And M Towing Owned';,By Bob Frey
In February of 1978, I received complaints concerning the failure of
F and M Towing to install a fence to enclose stored and wrecked cars--
a requirement of their Conditional Use Permit. '
In. February, I was given Mr. Frey~s word that the fence would be
erected by March 31, 1978. The fence was not completed and on April
20, 1978. I sent Mr. Frey a'notice and order to comply with the
Springfield Comprehensive Zoning Code by May 21, 1978.
An "on-site" inspection of Hay 22, 1978 revealed that the fence is still
not complete at this time, I recommend that the Conditional Use Permit
for F andM Towing be reconsidered by the Planning Commission.
