Dear Mr. Johnson:
Thank you for keeping us informed about the progress of meeting the
,'c<]. requirements you have requested. for the property located at 3001 Main Street.
The request you have made for sidewalks aleng that property, I
believe, is ~ompletely unreasonable. First of all, we would have the only
sidewalk on that side of the street for a di:;tance of thousands of feet in
both directions. I would be happy to sign an aereement with you that would
state that if all property o',mers .along the street were required to put in
sidewalks, I would be glad to do so at that tillie. To put a little section
of sidewdlk as an island between thousands of feet of unsidewalked area
does not seem to me to be a logical sol~tion to the. problem. ,
