On October 5, 1977, a Conditional Use P0cmit Has approved by the Springfield
Planning Commission to permit you to operate a to\;ing and auto service facility
on the above property, The Conditional Use Permit Has scheduled for revieH at
the January 17, 1979 Planning Commission meeting. At that time, the Planning
Commission found it necessary to continue the hearing to the Planning Commission
meeting scheduled.for February 21, 1979.
Please plan to attend this meeting, or contact the Planning Department prior to
the meeting at 726-3759, This is necessary.so that the Planning Commission will
be aware of whether you wish the conditional use permit to be extended.

about this procedure.
