Dear Mr. Johnson:
Thank you for your letter of February 12, 1979 regarding the
property on 3001 Main Street in Springfield. It is possible
that somewhere in the transferral of conversations that some
misunderstanding may have been formed. It is my recollection
that I agreed to installing sidewalks adjacent to Main Street
property when sidewalks were installed upon the adjacent
prop~rties and I will agree to do that.
I don't believe I did agree to street light improvement
contracts in my conversation with the council members. I
did not receive a copy' of .the improvement agreement with
your letter. I would appreciate you sending me one. I will
sign the sidewalk improvement agreement when you send it.
I appreciate your courtesy in this matter.
