We should include Kristi Krueger in the loop as well as I believe that Kristi may be the lead Transportation
Division Engineer who is taking the lead on the overall L TD I Gateway project coordination and who will also need
to review this traffic easement width.

Andy,
Frank Simas at Lane County Public Works is executing the easement for L TD, and he left a message with Brian
Barnett at Springfield Public Works to find out if the traffic easement can be smaller, or if it can be vacated if L TD
ever leaves the site, and the signals are no longer in use. Frank wasn't really sure if Brian is the person reviewing
this issue, but felt that Brian could at least point him in the right direction.

Hi Mark, the Final Site Plan and Development Agreement fee is 10% of the base site plan fee ($3956) plus the
5% tech fee.. I have calculated the total to be $415.38 ($395.60 + $19.78 tech fee).
. On another note, do you recall the name of the person from Public Works that was working on the traffic
easement? I have made.some inquiries, but haven't had any success tracking down the responsible person.
