I have set up a meeting with staff from Balzhiser and Hubbard to answer questions they have and to provide
some direction on our PIP process as well as the Right-of-Way Use Agreement. You may not need to be at this
meeting to discuss the Public Works nuts and bolts process but I would be happy to send you an invite to this
meeting if you want to attend and are available.
