Subject: Gateway Mall EmX Transit Platform - Development Agreement
Mr. Viggiano: Attached is a scanned version of the Development Agreement for the Gateway Mall transit platform
relocation project for your review and signature. Execution of the Development Agreement will facilitate issuance
of the Public Improvement Plans and Building Permits for the project. Please print a copy of the agreement (in
color if possible) and have it signed and notarized, then send the original to my attention for further processing. A
copy will be returned to you for your files upon execution by the City.
The Agreement can be dropped off at the Development Services office in Springfield City Hall, or mailed to:

anticipate a response today. As soon as the stamped document is available I'll send a scanned version to L TD
