The Final Site Plan has been approved and a Development Agreement executed for the transit platform project at
Gateway Mall (Case DRC2007 -00081). Attached is a scanned copy of the executed Development Agreement for
your files. Copies of the Final Site Plan have been distributed to various City divisions and the applicant is now
eligible for obtaining the Public Improvement Plans and Building Permits when they are approved for issuance.
