Subject: L TD Gateway - Early Entry Agreement Extension
Andy,
Just to let you know, L TD and Gateway Mall are drafting an extension to the date on the Early Entry Agreement
that expired on July 30. The new date will be.Sept. 30, be they expect to have the License Agreement (and ROW
agreement) completed by then. .
It will probably take a couple of days to have the extension signed, but we will forward ifto you when we receive
it.
