Gentlemen: Unfortunately, due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict I have had ,to change the time for the
meeting from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The date and location remain the same. The time change was required to
allow our Transportation staff to attend the meeting and discuss issues pertaining to the right-of-way dedication,
traffic signal easement, etc. If all issues cannot be satisfactorilyaddressed.in the one hour time slot, we can
arrange for follow-up discussions. Thanks
