Final Site Plan Deadline
We were not able to meet the May 4, 2008 date for submitting the Final Site Plan, as the process
for working out agreements and easements among Lane Transit District, Gateway Mall (General
Growth Properties), and the City of Springfield is taking longer than originally anticipated, The
. Staff Report review comments have been addressed in the final drawings and written response
for some time, but before we submit them, we have been waiting for execution of the following:
Traffic.Signal Easement (Condition of Approval #4)
ROW Dedication Agreement (Condition of Approval #7) .
ROW Use Agreement (Condition of Approval #8)
The involved parties are in the final steps of finalizing the agreements, and anticipate them being
completed by around June 2. This Is our best estimate; but there is some uncertainty about \he
actual date. We are waiting for some answers from Public Works about clarifying the traffic
easement requirements, and acceptance by General Growth of these requirements. Once this is
clarified (hopefully this week), we will submit the Final Site Plan and supporting documents
