Mark, in response to your questions:
.1.. Please submit 5 copies of the revised drawing set along with a narrative explaining what changes have
been made to address the conditions of approval. There is no need to re-submit materials that will be held
on file, such as the traffic study, deed and title report, drainage plan, etc. The cut sheets for the light
fixtures that are being changed can be inserted in the final plan set.
2. The Final Site Plan application should await the required easements and use agreements that are listed in
the conditions of approval. Submitting all required documentation at once will ensure the application is
considered complete, and also allows staff to append copies of the executed agreements and other
documentation to the final site plans. If the 90 day submittal deadline cannot be met (in this case May 4,
2008) due to unforeseen complications, there are provisions for extending this timeline.
3. I believe you can submit for PIP review now that tentative site plan approval has been granted. Approval
of the PIP plans would be contingent on Final Site Plan approval. I would suggest you contact Eric Walter
who is the Public Works engineer assigned to this project to confirm this understanding. He can be
reached by email at ewalter@cLsorinafield.or.usor736-1034.
On a side note, I will be away the next 2 weeks so please let me know if you have any other questions that need

A couple more questions about Site Review and timing:
1. I wanted to verify what documents we need to submit for final site review. Isit just the drawing set, or is it
also the narrative? What about the traffic study, deed and title report, reduce size site plan, and drainage plan.
We are changing 1or2 light fixtures (similarly complying with the code), and wanted to include copies of the cut
sheets, which are part of the narrative. If more copies of the narrative are not required, can we just submit the
changed cut sheets as part of our response packet?
2. We are in the process of getting the easements and use agreements executed, but it will likely take a
couple of weeks. Can we go ahead and submit the final Site Review plans without having them fully executed,
understanding that final approval won't happen until the agreements are finalized? Or should we wait until
everything is done? Does the.timing of the submittal affect when we can submit the PIP package (see #3 below)
3. We are planning on submitting our PIP plans at the end of February, and are assuming that with tentative
planning approval of the Site Plan, the plans can be reviewed. I wanted to verify that this is correct, and that we
don't need to wait for final Site Review approval for PIP review. We understand that PIP approval still won't be
given until Final Site Plan approval is given.
