February 27, 1991 Gary Dubray Gary's Body Shop 4350 Main Street Springfield, OR 97478 RE: Temporary storage of manufactured home for repair Dear Gary: This letter is in response to your request for approval to allow temporary storage of a manufactured home on your premises for purposes of repair. It is our understanding that the home is to be stored in the fenced area normally used for vehicle storage, and that the purpose of this request is to allow you to perform repairs to the home which has been damaged. Since the purpose is for repair only, and the structure is not being placed for habitation, the city is not requiring that you obtain a setup permit. We are considering this allowance no different than the normal body shop operation, except in this case repair is being performed on a manufactured home instead of a motor vehicle. It is our further understanding that the home will be removed from the site as soon as repairs are completed, probably within two months. Sincerely, .~tp'~ Lorne W. Pleger, Plans Examiner
