This morning I spoke on the telephone with Ami Shah from Walgreen's and John Souza from KT A to clarify pending questions regarding secondary containment and hazardous waste. Based on that conversation, SUB Water Quality Protection is OK with the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy. Final occupancy should be contingent on Walgreen's satisfying the standards and conditions of the forthcoming DWP permit Sincerely, Amy Chinitz Amy E.
