Andy,
Attached please find my response to the Walgreen's DWP permit application. This morning! spoke on the telephone
with Ami Shah from Walgreen's and John Souza from KTA to clarify pending questions regarding secondary containment
and hazardous waste. Based on that conversation, SUB Water Quality Protection is OK with the issuance of a temporary
certificate of occupancy. Final occupancy should be contingent on Walgreen's satisfying the:standards and conditions of
the forthcoming DWP permit.
Sincerely,
Amy Chinitz

John,
,
I have completed the fire department review of the HMMP/H.MIS submitj:al for the Walgreens tenant
infill at the RiverBend Pavilion at 3377 RiverBend Drive. The results are as follows:
HMMP submittal appears to meet Drinking Water Protection criteria per Springfield Development
Code 3.3-200 and 2007 Springfield Fire Code 2701.5.1. .'
Total quantities listed in the HMIS submittal;
Class I Flammable Liquids; 4.34375 gallons
Class IliA Combustible Liquids: .20313 gallons
No operational permit is required for flammable or combustible liquids based on this submittal (less
than 5 gallons in a building per 2007 Springfield Fire Code 105.6.16, #2). Quantities are well below
the maximum allowable quantities per 2007 Springfield Fire Code Table 2703.1.1 (1).
Have a great day!
