This morning! spoke on the telephone with Ami Shah from Walgreen's and John Souza from KTA to clarify pending questions regarding secondary containment and hazardous waste. Based on that conversation, SUB Water Quality Protection is OK with the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy. Final occupancy should be contingent on Walgreen's satisfying the:standards and conditions of the forthcoming DWP permit. Sincerely, Amy Chinitz Amy E.
